Lodgement Fees:  $275, incl GST.

Service includes:

​

• Preparation and lodgement of Form 388;

• Confirmation of lodgement & copy of lodged form (same day);

• Copy of updated ASIC company extract.

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, financial reports are due for lodgement with ASIC within 4 months of a company's financial year-end (3 months for disclosing entities and managed investment schemes). 

​

 If lodged after the prescribed period, ASIC late fees apply as follows:

​

• $93 for up to one month late;

• $387 for over one month late;

• additional $387 for each year late.
