Lodge Change of Address  

Change of Company, Officeholder or Member Addresses -

Lodgement Fee:  $165 per company/form, incl GST.

 

Service includes:

• Minutes for changes to company addresses (if applicable);

• Consent to use Registered Office (if applicable);

• Lodgement of ASIC form (lodged the same day signed form is returned);

• Updated ASIC company extract.

All address updates with ASIC are included in our Annual Compliance Package when you appoint us as your ASIC Registered Agent. To appoint us as your agent complete our ASIC Agent online form or contact us via email.

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, changes to company, officeholder or member addresses must be lodged with ASIC within 28 days of the change occurring.  If lodged after 28 days, ASIC late fees apply as follows:

​

• $93 for up to one month late;

• $387 for over one month late;

• additional $387 for each year late.

​

This order form can be used to notify us of address changes for up to 5 companies.
