ASIC Requirements

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, changes to share capital or members' shareholdings must be lodged with ASIC within 28 days of the change occurring. If lodged after 28 days, ASIC late fees apply as follows:

$96 for up to one month late;
$401 for over one month late;
additional $401 for each year late.
