Business Name Registration 

Registration Fees:    

$152 for 1 year; or 

$208 for 3 years, incl GST.

Our fees include the ASIC registration fees of:

$42 for 1 year; or

$98 for 3 years.

Our Service includes:

• confirmation of name availability;

• same day registration of the Business Name with ASIC;

• provision of the 'Record of Registration for Business Name'; and

• ABN registration, if applicable.

To apply for a business name, the business name holder must have either:

• an ABN; or

• an ABN application reference number.
