Lodge Change of Officeholders  

Lodgement Fees:

Option 1:  ASIC form & supporting documents - $275 per form, incl GST.

Service includes:

• Minutes, Consents to Act, Resignation Letters;

• Lodgement of ASIC form (lodged same day signed form is returned);

• Notice to ATO for Public Officer changes, if applicable;

• Updated ASIC company extract;

• Updated Register of Officeholders.​

Option 2:  ASIC form only - $165 per form, incl GST.

• Lodgement of ASIC form (lodged same day signed form is returned);

• Notice to ATO for Public Officer changes, if applicable;

• Updated ASIC company extract;

• Updated Register of Officeholders.​​

Director ID requirements

New Director Identification Number (director ID) requirements are now law in Australia.  First-time directors are required to apply for a director ID BEFORE they can be appointed as a director of a company.  For further information on director IDs and to apply refer to the ABRS website here.  All directors will be requested to provide their director IDs before we can proceed with the appointments.

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, changes to officeholders (directors or secretaries) must be lodged with ASIC within 28 days of the change occurring.  If lodged after 28 days, ASIC late fees apply as follows:

​

• $93 for up to one month late;

• $387 for over one month late;

• additional $387 for each year late.

​

To facilitate prompt processing and lodgement, we recommend that CorpSec Services is appointed the Company's ASIC agent.  However officeholder changes can also be lodged by us using your Company's Corporate Key.  

 

This form can be used to notify us of up to 3 officeholder changes for up to 3 companies.
